  1. Remove the camembert from its packaging.
  2. Keep the rind intact.
  3. Place the cheese in a small grill-safe dish or foil tray.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. Place the camembert on indirect heat.
  6. Close the lid.
  7. Grill gently for 8–10 minutes.
  8. Check by pressing lightly on the top.
  9. Remove once the center feels soft.
  10. Let rest for 1–2 minutes.
  11. Serve immediately while warm.

  • Serve with grilled bread or crackers.
  • Add roasted vegetables or grilled fruit on the side.
  • Finish with a touch of honey or pepper if desired.
